The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are
Watermelon Status is published by Canyon Sky Rain, LLC, a Utah company. You can reach us at [email protected]. This page describes what this website does today. If that changes, we update this page first.
What we collect, and why
| When you | We collect | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Join the list (home, Index, Slice or a product page) | Your email address and which form you used. | To beehiiv, our email provider, once the list opens. Until it opens the form tells you so and we store nothing. You get The Slice and launch notices. |
| Use the Detector | Nothing. The text you paste stays in your browser and is never sent or stored. | Nowhere. |
| Visit the Confessions page | Nothing. The form is not open yet. | Nowhere. This page will be updated before submissions open. |
| Email us | Your email address and your message. | Delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Kept as long as we need to reply and to keep a record of corrections and requests. |
| Buy something | Nothing yet. No product is on sale. | When products launch, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We will receive the order and your email address, not your card details. |
Hosting, logs and spam checks
Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any host, it processes routine server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our sign-up forms can use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check. When it is switched on, your browser loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and Cloudflare decides whether the visit looks automated. Cloudflare handles that data under its own terms.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
We do not run analytics and we set no cookies. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser makes no request to a font service.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: beehiiv for email, Cloudflare for hosting, email delivery to our inbox and the spam check, and Lemon Squeezy for payments once products launch. We never sell or rent your information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email in one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected] from the address you used, and we will reply as soon as we can.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page and say what changed.
